1. Purpose of the TOS

These Terms of Service (TOS) define the conditions of consultation and use of the Skillwaker platform.

All pages and services are subject to these conditions and to current French laws.

2. Acceptance of the TOS

Before using our services, you must read these conditions and accept them without reservation.

3. Definitions

User

Any person browsing the Skillwaker platform.

Member

User with a personal account.

Awakened

Member subscribed to the unlimited premium offer at the standard rate.

Apprentice

Member subscribed to the unlimited premium offer at a reduced rate (reserved for students and job seekers).

Guild

Organization (company/association) for collective tracking.

4. Member's Commitment

You are responsible for all subscribed obligations. Your account is strictly personal.

You declare and guarantee the accuracy of the communicated data.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Pornographic, hateful, or violent content
• Fraudulent use or cheating on quizzes
• Resale or transfer of account to a third party
• Attack on the technical integrity of the system

6. Personal Account

Registration is free for the Novice level. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

7. Intellectual Property

Skillwaker holds all rights to the source code, quizzes, courses, and visuals of the platform.

Any total or partial reproduction without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

8. Professional Visibility & Notifications

8.1 Service principle

Skillwaker offers an optional Professional Visibility service allowing Members to anonymously showcase their skills and performance to partner companies for skills-based recruitment (as opposed to traditional CV-based criteria).

This service is entirely optional and subject to the User's explicit consent, which can be enabled or disabled at any time from the profile settings.

8.2 Professional solicitation notifications

When the service is enabled, the User may receive professional solicitation notifications from partner companies interested in their skills profile.

The User has the following controls at all times:

• Enable/Disable: turn the Professional Visibility service and associated notifications on or off;
• Frequency: choose between real-time notifications or a weekly digest;
• Blocking: block a specific company to stop receiving their solicitations.

8.3 Double consent for direct contact

Contact between a partner company and a User follows a double consent mechanism:

• The company expresses interest in an anonymous profile. The User receives a notification describing the company and the proposed opportunity;
• The User freely chooses to accept or decline. Only upon express acceptance are their contact details revealed to the company.

Declining a solicitation has no consequence on the use of the Service.

8.4 Liability

ASEOWEB is not a party to exchanges between the User and partner companies following a connection and cannot be held responsible for the outcomes of professional solicitations.

ASEOWEB does not guarantee the receipt of job offers, the quality of proposals, or a favorable outcome from any professional connection.

9. Subscriptions and Terms of Sale

Access to the premium features of the Platform requires a paid subscription ("Awakened" or "Apprentice").

The pricing conditions, terms of subscription, payment, automatic renewal, cancellation, as well as the rules governing the right of withdrawal (waiver) and the refund policy are exclusively governed by our General Terms of Sale (TOS).

The User is expressly invited to read the Terms of Sale, accessible at https://skillwaker.com/en/sales-terms, which contractually bind the subscribed Client and complement these TOS to constitute the entire agreement governing paid services.
